I will probably continue this unit for 2 more weeks, and then I start my fall semester at Brainstorm school.

Drawings and Critiques

I tried to turn off my brain and just let shapes come out of my hand. They started out really sharp, but as I continued they became more round.
Syn Studio Interior Concept Design, week 8 homework submission.
This week I added textures to my chandler workshop. I used a few photo textures, but the majority of the texture was done with Photoshop’s mixer brush tool. I’m mostly done with this piece. I still need to address a few items from the critique and improve the lighting, but after that I think I will start a new interior design. I only have two more classes for critique, but I want to see how much quicker I can go the second time around. I feel like I could get work if I had a portfolio of 20 pieces like this. 1 down, 19 to go. I’m really proud of this piece, but at the same time I’m getting tired of staring at it. I’m up to 179 hours spent on it.
